Ermith Juanita Cassady, age 98, of Buchanan, GA passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Ermith was born in Tallapoosa, GA on July 29, 1920. She is preceded in death by her parents, Callaway Moses Speights and Ola Gillam Speights ; son, Cleo Speights; one brother and five sisters.

Survivors include one son, Mike Cassady of Springville, AL; a daughter, Barbara Johnson of Bremen, GA; brother, Benny & Betty Speights of Eufaula, AL; sister, Clara Fleming of N.C.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and special friends.

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
