Mr. Elton Ray "Raybo" Farmer, age 53, of Carrollton passed away Saturday, August 27, 2011. Mr. Farmer was born in Heard County on August 3, 1958. He was the son of the late Travis Farmer and the late Virginia Puckett Farmer. Mr. Farmer was a carpenter.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Jenny and Frank Roberson of Temple and Donna Farmer of Carrollton; two step-daughters, Amy Cook of Carrollton and Amanda Ray of Carrollton; two step-sons, Timmy Ray of Carrollton and Allen Ray of Heard County; one sister and brother-in-law, Gail and J.C. Pittman of Bowdon; one brother, Buddy Farmer of Graham, AL; fourteen grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Monday, August 29, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Webb, Rev. Anthony Puckett and Dr. J. Howard Mills officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday afternoon from 2:00 P.M.
until 4:00 P.M.
