Ruth Elaine Wilson Glass, age 62 of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023, in a local healthcare facility.  Born in Dallas, GA, on September 10, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Don Wilson, Sr. and the late Ruth Powell Wilson.

Elaine enjoyed listening to music and going to yard sales.  Being outdoors was her favorite place to be, especially by the river. She loved swimming.

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Warren, and her son, Rocky Thomason, both of Carrollton; her sisters, Lynn (Teddy) Baker of Acworth, and Ann (Allen) Johnson of Ashland, AL; her brothers, Don (Laura) Wilson of Bremen, Kevin (Janice) Wilson of Ranburne, and Scott Wilson of Kennett, MO.  Also surviving are a number of nieces of nephews.

In accordance with the family's wishes, Elaine will be cremated.
