Mrs. Elaine Hunt Dean, age 74 of Bremen, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, in a local healthcare facility.  She was born May 8, 1947, in Dumas, Arkansas, to the late Earl Samuel and Myrtle Williams Hunt.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Aaron Dean, a grandson, Noah Wigington; sisters, Dessie Hunt and Margie Hunt; and brothers, Wayne Hunt, Gene Hunt, Bill Hunt, and Charles Hunt..  Elaine loved children and enjoyed gardening and sewing.  She was a member of Fruithurst Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Tanya Wigington of Fruithurst, AL; grandchildren, Brendan Wigington of Haflin, AL; Emily and Trent Williams of Fruithurst, AL; great-granchildren, Jaxon Williams, Carson Wigington, and Austin Williams; and one brother Tommy and Florence Hunt of Lakeland, FL.  Also surviving are a sister-in-law, Betty Jackson of Buchanan; and brothers-in-law, Bobby and Lynn Dean, and Larry Dean, all of Bremen; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elaine Dean will be conducted at 2:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from Fruithurst Baptist Church with Rev. James Owens and Rev. Lee Hollis officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon from Noon until the funeral hour (CST)
