Mr. Edward C. Williams, age 59 of Tallapoosa, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, March 23, 2021.  He was born February 27, 1961, in Salinas, CA, to the late Alice Turner and Frank Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his partner of 30 years, Helen Wade; children, Brittney Hembree and Kevin Williams; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was cremated as he requested, and no service is planned at this time.
