Dynna Sexton Wilson

Dynna Jo Sexton Wilson, age 69 of Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.  Born in Gadsden, Alabama, on July 20, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Ladelle Sexton and the late John T. Sexton.  In addition to her parents, Dynna was preceded in death by her husband, Robbie Wilson.

Dynna had a loving and caring spirit that was evidenced in her work as a nurse.  She enjoyed taking care of others.  In her leisure time, Dynna was an avid reader and spent many hours in the kitchen cooking for her family.  She also loved taking care of her little dog, Toby, until his passing.  Dynna was dearly loved by her sisters, nieces and nephews, and will be surely missed.  

Left to cherish her memories are her sisters and brothers-in-law, Freda Williams of Buchanan, Kelli & Joey Bell of Rockmart, and Becky & Johnny Edwards of Muscadine, Alabama; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Dynna's wishes, she will be cremated.  The family will host a celebration of her life at a later date.
