Mr. Douglas Ernest Carlile, age 67, of 805 Old Jacksonville Rd., Buchanan passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Mr. Carlile was born in Cobb County on June 5, 1941. Survivors include his wife, Annie Millwood Carlile of Buchanan; four daughters, Rhonda Carlile of Perry, Ann Barnes of Bremen, Rosie Carroll of Carrollton and Barbara Carlile of Newnan; five sons, Ray Carlile of Temple, Ernest Carlile of Buchanan, Douglas Carlile, Jr. of Buchanan, Luther Carroll of Dallas and Rusty Carroll of Carrollton; one brother, Kenneth Carlile of Kennesaw; a number of granchildren and other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Ray Carlile, Doug Carlile, Ernest Carlile, Johnny Barnes and Terry Ward. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
