Mrs. Dorothy Agnes Shearer, age 91 of Buchanan, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020. She was born on August 16, 1928 in Niagara Falls, NY to the late Richard Thomas and the late Ethel Thomas. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Howard Shearer. She retired from retail and worked at Woolworth's 5 & Dime Cent Store.

Survivors include her daughter, Esther Shearer of Florida; son, Jeff Shearer of Villa Rica, GA and grandchildren.

In keeping with Mrs. Shearer's wishes she was cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
