Mr. Don Gary King, age 70, of Rockmart passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014.  Mr. King was born in Clay County, Alabama on December 12, 1943.  He was the son of the late James Houston King and the late Lois Liles King.  Mr. King had been a self-employed business owner.  Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death gy one sister, Charlotte Campbell.

Survivors include his wife, Jeannie Lynne Taylor King of Rockmart; two daughters and one son-in-law, Melissa Bruce King of Bremen and Micah Brooke and Daryl Wooten of Lithia Springs; one son, James King of Rockmart; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Colleen Smith of Crestview, FL, Carolyn and John Reading of Pensacola, FL, Gail Brooks of Crestview, FL and Cecil Campbell; four grandchildren, Samantha Wooten, Cameron Wooten, Olivia Wooten and William Wooten; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Minister Ron Bradshaw officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
