Mr. Denny A. Perry, age 68, of 761 Buchanan By-Pass, Buchanan went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 8, 2009. Mr. Perry was born in Haralson County on July 8, 1940. He was the son of the late William Lee Perry, Sr. and the late Willie Morris Perry. Mr. Perry was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a retired truck driver for Roadway. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, William Lee Perry, Jr. Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Sandra Westmoreland Perry of Buchanan; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Jeff Bell of Tallapoosa and Sheila and Anthony Bain of Weedowee, AL; two sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Dedra Perry of Buchanan and Keith and Sheila Perry of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Evelyn Mashburn of Buchanan and Katheryn and Elbert Barger of Douglasville; one sister-in-law, Alene Perry of Douglasville; ten grandchildren and spouses, Chad and Jessica Perry, Timothy and Stephanie Perry, Stephanie and Matt Davis, Heath Bell, Lee Kay, Blake Kay, Kellie Pytko, Ashley and Ryan Allred, Kayla Perry and Tara Perry; seven great grandchildren, Hunter Allred, Natalie Allred, Ryan Perry, Noah Perry, Layne Pytko, Chaston Perry and Ryder Neal; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bennie Westmoreland and Rev. Larry Conner officiating. Music will be rendered by Wanda Westmoreland. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Craig Perry, Keith Perry, Chad Perry, Timothy Perry, Heath Bell, Levi Neal, Lee Kay and Matt Davis. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
