Delores Ann Webb Payne, age 59 of Bremen, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, April 28, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Born in Carrollton, GA, on October 28, 1964, she was the daughter of Barbara Jean Irwin McLeroy and the late Johnny Webb. In addition to her father, Dee was preceded in death by her sisters, Dawn Kersey and Kim Zenko.

A 1982 graduate of Haralson County High School, Dee worked for 17 years as a letter carrier for the U.S. Post Office.  She loved watching NASCAR races and was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt.  However, Dee's greatest pleasure was found in the music of Kid Rock, the musician who took his rap-meets-rock-meets-country hybrid to the top of the charts. She had been to many of his concerts and even became personal friends with one of his body guards.  Dee's sweet personality will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband, Brian Payne of Bremen; her daughters, Heather (Eric) Weaver of Waco, and Macy Marks of Bremen; her step-daughters, Allison (Greg) Weaver of Canton and Erica (Austin) Tucker of Bremen; and her mother, Barbara McLeroy of Conyers.  Also surviving are her grandchildren: Avery Williams, Dylan Williams, Kadence Weaver, Elijah Weaver, Cameron Tucker, Lucas Tucker, and Reagen Weaver, as well as other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service for Delores Webb Payne will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

In accordance with Dee's wishes, she will be cremated.
