Mrs. Debra Laverne Smith Greene, age 58, of Carrollton passed away Friday, August 17, 2012. Mrs. Greene was born in Gastonia, North Carolina on October 12, 1953. She was the daughter of the late John Smith and the late Helen Weathers Smith. Mrs. Greene was a consultant with Greene Maddox Associates.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Greene, Sr. of Carrollton; three daughters, Christi Greene of Douglasville, Angela Lambert of Bowdon and Kimberly Greene of Carrollton; one son, Sammy Greene of Dahlonega; two sisters, Bonnie Ford of Winston-Salem, NC and Marty Schelper of Woodland, AL; eleven grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Villa Rica.
