Ms. Debra S. Cash, age 62, of Buchanan passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014.  Ms. Cash was born in Haralson County, Georgia on January 29, 1952.  She was the daughter of the late Mallie Swann and Earnesteen Carroll Swann.  Ms. Cash was a homemaker.  Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Wade; and two brothers, Jackie Swann and Danny Swann.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Hope and Richard McKenzie of Buchanan; one son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Susan Cash of Buchanan; mother, Earnesteen Swann of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Susan Kinney and Shelby and Tim Cohran all of Buchanan; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Mark and Hope Swann of Bremen, Scott Swann of Buchanan and Chris and Paula Swann of Tallapoosa; seven grandchildren, Corey Cash, Chris Holcombe, J.J. Holcombe, Justin Swann, Zachary McKenzie, Hannah McKenzie and Lee McKenzie; two great grandchildren, Tucker Cash, Carter McKenzie, Jackson Holcombe, Chloe Holcombe, Makayla Holcombe, Kinzey Holcombe and Haydon Holcombe; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from Piney Woods Baptist Church with Rev. David McKenzie and Rev. Shane Wade officiating.  Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry and Hannah McKenzie.  Interment will follow in Piney Woods Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Chris Holcombe, J.J. Holcombe, Rick Holcombe, Corey Cash, Lee McKenzie and Zachary McKenzie.

The family will receive friends at Piney Woods Baptist Church Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
