Deborah Susan Mullin Chandler, age 62 of Buchanan, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025.  Born in Homestead, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Frank Howard Mullin, Sr. and the late Patricia Gregory Mullin.  In addition to parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her sisters, Diana Jarvis, Linda Mullin, and Marilyn Gregory and her brother Frank Mullin, Jr.

Deborah enjoyed crocheting, coloring, and collecting dragons.  She spent many enjoyable hours riding around with her kids and gaming.  However, Deborah's favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren whom she loved fiercely.  She will be dearly missed by all who loved. her.

Survivors include her son, Travis & Jana Chandler of Buchanan; her daughters, Kassandra & German Ortiz of Winder and Jessica & Tommy Phillips of Buchanan; her precious grandchildren: Willow, Samantha, Abigail, Shane, Carli, Priscilla, Leighton, Haylee, Wynter, Katie, Samantha, Jessica, and Robert; and 5 great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are her nephews and nieces: Scott Mullin, Greg Mullin, Tony Suber, Tonya Suber and Kim Quintana.

In keeping with the family's wishes, Deborah will be cremated.  The family will host a memorial service at a later date.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
