David Eugene Waddell, age 81 of Villa Rica, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. He was born on December 10, 1939 in Roanoke, VA to the late Wallace Norman Waddell and the late Lena Fouch Waddell. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Calhoun Waddell; one daughter, Wendy Rayburn; two sons, Billy Waddell and Jeffery Waddell and two bothers, Elmer Waddell and Robert Waddell.

Survivors include three daughters and son-in-law, Sandra and Kenneth Moore of Villa Rica, Gayle Bivins of Dallas and Dottie Carnes of Temple; one son, John Waddell of Villa Rica; one brother, Norman Waddell of Ft. Myers, FL; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

In keeping with David's wishes he will be cremated.

The family will host a memorial service at a later time.
