David Emory Rainey, age 69 of Bremen, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024.  Born in Haralson County, he was the son of the late Frances Evelyn Bagwell Rainey and the late Clarence Roy Rainey.  In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Rainey.

David was a graduate of Bremen High School and then began his working career with Southern Bell.  David retired from AT& T after more than 35 years of dedication as a service tech.  Until his health began to fail, David could be found working on his farm or cutting hay.

Graveside services for David Rainey will be conducted Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM from Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Old Bushmill Road, Bremen, GA.

Services have been entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
