Mr. David Earnest House of Temple, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. House was a retired painter, who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He is a beloved husband, daddy and pawpaw, who will be missed terribly.

He was born on December 28, 1949 in Haralson County to the late Willie B. House, Sr. and the late Laura Owens House. He is preceded in death by brothers, Bill House, Henry House, Charles House, Bob House, Robert House, Bernard House, Raymond House and James House and sister, Sarah Nell Bagley.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Shelby Carroll House of Temple. His loving daughters and sons-in-law, Michele and Robby Norton of Bremen, Julie Hallmark of Bremen and Christy and Jeff Davis of Temple; three adored grandchildren, Keian Hallmark, Gillian Hallmark and Elliana "Ellie" Hallmark all of Bremen; one brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Kathy House of Bremen and numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Buchanan City Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Billy House, Anthony House, Tony House, Leroy Strickland, Scott Stanford and Keith Brown.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until the service hour.
