Mr. David Walton Cole, age 30, of Rome passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Mr. Cole was born in Atlanta, on March 8, 1984. He is the son of Wayne Cole and the late Kristina Walton Cole. Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sue Mann. Mr. Cole had suffered from an extended illness and is now at rest.

Survivors include his father, Wayne Cole, and step mother Carol Cole of Waco, four brothers Claude Cole of Yazoo, Ms., Cohen Cole of Fruithurst, Al. Cody and Colton Cole Both of Tallapoosa. Surviving sisters include Paige Cox and Tina Cole of Tallapoosa, and Caylin Cole of Fruithurst, Al; and a number of other relatives.

According to David's wishes the body will be cremated and memorial services will be conducted Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel in Buchanan with Rev. Pat Patterson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 4:00 P.M. until the funeral hour at 5:00 P.M.
