Ms. Daphne Ann McLendon Langley, age 47, of Tallapoosa passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017.  Ms. Langley was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 29, 1969.  She was the daughter of the late Hubert McLendon and the late Dorothy Ann Long McLendon.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Tiffany and Justin Ledford of Tallapoosa, Lindsey and Chase Boggs of Temple, and Chelsey and Trevor Meredith of Tallapoosa; one sister, Tracy Lambert of Griffin; eight grandchildren, Bailey Morgan, Riley Teater, Grace Ledford, Aubrey Boggs, Coleman Boggs, Haiden Meredith, Maddox Meredith and Bryson Meredith; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. James Owens officiating.  Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery in Tallapoosa.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
