Mr. Danny Lee Cook, age 56, of Buchanan passed away Friday, April 28, 2017.  Mr. Cook was born in Bremen, Georgia, on November 3, 1960.  He was the son of the late Charles Madison Cook and the late Nancy Dobbs Elliott. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Cook; and step-father, Adrian R. Elliott.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Christy (Brandon) Cook-Garner of Cedartown; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Bo (Angie) Cook and Kim Elliott all of Buchanan; one grandchild, Brent Coppock; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Richard Brannon officiating.  Music will be rendered by Macy Brannon.  Interment will follow in Centre Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Danny Cook, Bubba Cook, Lane Redding, Kevin Norton, Ben Elliott and Thomas Cook.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
