Mrs. Cynthia Jane Perkins Baltizar, age 37, of Carrollton passed away Friday, April 18, 2014.  Ms. Baltizar was born in Carrollton, Georgia on September 14, 1976.  She was the daughter of the late David R. Perkins and Judy Cox Perkins.  Mrs. Baltizar worked as a clerk at the stop & Shop in Carrollton.

Survivors include her husband, Augistin Baltizar of Carrollton; one daughter, Maria Isabell Baltizar of Carrollton; four sons, Tony Eugene McClure, David Ray McClure, Devin Jose Delgado and Mario Ramirez all of Carrollton; mother, Judy Perkins; two brothers, Donald Gibson of Bowdon and David J. Perkins of Carrollton; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. from the Praise and Worship Center in Carrollton with Rev. Tony Collins officiating.
