Mr. Collis Paul Handley age 77 of Carrollton passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 from an extended battle with cancer. He was born on Friday, February 21, 1936 in Ben Hill, Georgia. He was the son of the late Homer Prichard Handley and the late Stella Floise Johnson Handley Bellotte.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years and 11 months, Mrs. Susan A. Handley of Carrollton; Son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Martha Handley of Dallas; Brother and sister-in-law Jack and Estella Bellotte of Ohio; Three sisters and brother-in-law Shirley and Kenneth Norton of Lawrenceville, Martha Parrott of Lawrenceville, and Merle Stamps of Winder; Sister-in-law; One Grandson Gene and his wife Quinn Morris of Temple; One granddaughter Melissa Handley; One great grandchild Landyn Ridge and a number of other relatives.

Mr. Collis Paul Handley served his country in the United States Army. He also loved fishing, watching football, working outside, and spending time with his family.

Graveside services will be held from Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 2P.M. with Danny Hutcheson officiating and Military Honors provided at the end of the service.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
