Ms. Clara Sue Keaton Rowell, age 58, of 525 Monroe Rd., Buchanan passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Ms. Rowell was born in Haralson County on April 3, 1040. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin M. Keaton and the late Mandy Viola Keaton. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Hampton; and a brother, James Keaton. Survivors include one daughter, Susan Rowell of Buchanan; two sons, Billy Joe Rowell of Buchanan and Jason Rowell of Villa Rica; three brothers, Larry Keaton of Bremen, Donald Keaton of Bremen and Bill Keaton of Carrollton; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 22, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. from the Baptist Tabernacle Church with Rev. Buddy Gentry and Rev. Larry Keaton officiating. Music will be rendered by Bonnie Sanders and Chris Keaton. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jim Cook, Bernard Thomas, Rickey Keaton, Alan Keaton, Curtis Keaton and Douglas Keaton. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Christ Keaton, Joe Keaton and Greg Rowell. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
