Cindy Annette Kelsey, age 49 of Tallapoosa, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born on September 27, 1974 to the late Dorothy Annette Wyatt Fortner and Jerrell Fortner.

Survivors include, in addition to her father, her children, Tiffany and Matthew Bell of Buchanan and Jake and Tristen Carnes of Heflin, AL; brother, Jason Fortner of LaGrange; grandchildren, Raylin Ellis, Ryleigh Bell, Rynlee Bell, Kaisley Carnes and Lettie Kate Carnes and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Cindy's wishes she will be cremated.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
