Cheryl Jane Barnes Price, age 71 of Bremen, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024, after a lengthy illness.  She was born on November 15, 1952, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Kathleen  and Olin Barnes. In addition to her parents, Cheryl is preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Jean Duraine, a granddaughter, Monica Raye Shockley-Blackmon, and great-granddaughters, Linda Chappell and Ava Lossick.

Cheryl was a devoted wife, mother, and a cherished friend to many.  She grew up in Atlanta and married the love of her life, Russell Jay Price, and together they enjoyed 35 years of marriage. Cheryl enjoyed music to the fullest with singing, dancing and playing the guitar.  In her later years, she enjoyed relaxing on her front porch and having morning coffee while catching up on the news and sewing.  Cheryl will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In addition to her husband Russell Price, Cheryl is survived by her children, Linda Lossick, Sonja Goodin, William Goodin, and Miranda Bushnell; her many grandchildren: Joshua Lossick, Jessie Lossick,  Kayla Howard, Andrew Harris, Brittney Harris, Isaiah Bushnell, Faith Bushnell, and Caleb Bushnell; as well as many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in her honor.

Rest in peace.  You will always be remembered and loved.
