Ms. Charlotte Ann Chambers Carroll, age 62, of 396 West Atlanta St., Tallapoosa passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Wright of Whitesburg; two sons, Lee Carroll of Tallapoosa and Mark Carroll of Tallapoosa; three sisters, Joan Carroll of Sand Mountain, AL, Joy Muse of Carrollton and Loretta Britt of Carrollton; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, February 26, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Webb officiating. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
