Mr. Charles Edward Dennis, age 84 of Buchanan, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. He was born on December 23, 1933 to the Late Ernest Edward Dennis and Elaine Dennis. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Dennis.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law Jada Dennis Parker (Bobby) of Waco; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Bradford Dennis (Kelly)of Rockmart; one sister, Myra Cash and three grandchildren Cambryn Jada Adams of Kennesaw, Tyler Jordan Dennis of Rockmart and Chandlee Jade Parker of Waco, as well as, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 4:00 PM with Roland Jordan, Tyler Dennis, Chandlee Parker, Cambryn Adams and Homer Wysner officiating.

Interment will follow in Buchanan City Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Greg Johnson, Keith Johnson, David Brown, Glenn Dennis, Mitch Dennis, Dennis Cash and David Cash.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2:00 PM until the funeral hour at 4:00 PM.
