Mr. Charles Bragaw Collier, age 91, of Buchanan passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015.  Mr. Collier was born in Arlington, Virginia on November 2, 1923.  He was the son of the late James Alexander Collier and the late Josephine Bragaw Collier.  Mr. Collier was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corp, United States Air Force and the United States Army serving in Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe during World War II and also during the Korean War.  He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson School of Law and practiced law for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Lou Thomas Collier of Buchanan; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Lefebvre of Buchanan; three grandchildren, Nakeesha Starr Stroud, David Bryan Lefebvre and David Christopher Lefebvre; four great grandchildren, Joseph Ashton Stroud, Ansley Lefebvre, Alexis Lefebvre and Zachry Lefebvre; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.  He will be cremated.
