Mr. Cecil Franklin Tuggle, age 83, of 110 J. Wade Rd., Bremen passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008. Mr. Tuggle was born in Fulton County on December 1, 1925. He was the son of the late Reuben Tuggle and the late Oda Smith Tuggle. Mr. Tuggle was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a retired Pipefitter and farmer. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Ann Cash Tuggle; three brothers, Jack Tuggle, Lewis Tuggle and Paul Tuggle; and one grandson, Shannon David LaBonte. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jean Reese Tuggle of Bremen; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Susan Tutor of Kennesaw, Vickie and Rick LaBonte of Yuba City, CA and Pamela and Robert Lilja of Kennesaw; grandchildren, Mark Gore, Brandy Hawkins, Nicolas LaBonte, and Christine Kronenburg; great grandchildren, Erica Fortner, Nicholas Finley, Rebecca LaBonte, Jessica LaBonte, Zakkery LaBonte, Emily LaBonte, Justin Hawkins, Austin Hawkins, Madison Hawkins and Gracie Hawkins; great great grandchild, Bethany Rose Fortner; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will conducted Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Johnnie Carden, Rev. Wendell Rush, Rev. Aaron Johnson and Danny Hutcheson officiating. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jason Smith, Wade Tuggle, Michael Cash, Nicholas Finley, Terry Hawkins and Jeremy Tuggle. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Edward Boyce, Hoyle Whitton and members of the Masonic Lodge. The Haralson County Veteran''s Association will provide graveside military honors. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
