Mrs. Carolyn Yvonne Harris, age 69, of Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019. She was born on August 13, 1950 in Tulare, California to the late Bill Jordan and the late Zeta Mae Brown Shopshire.  Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Willis Dale McDowell.

Survivors include one daughter, Shelly Leonardo of Carrollton; one son, Willis Dale McDowell, II of Carrollton; two grandchildren, Jessica Daniel and Daryl Daniel; one great grandchild, Eliana Daniel and several other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the service hour.

In keeping with Mrs. Harris's wishes she will be cremated before the service.
