Mrs. Carol Joyce Leggett Waterfill, age 62, of Buchanan passed away Friday, April 21, 2017.  Mrs. Waterfill was born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, on March 5, 1955.  She was an accountant and was an accomplished musician.  Mrs. Waterfill was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Smith Leggett.

Survivors include her husband, David Waterfill of Buchanan; one sister, Cathy Easter of Knoxville, TN; one brother, David "Buddy" Leggett of Albany; father, William Leggett; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.  In keeping with the wishes of the deceased, she was cremated.
