Brian Michael Gilbert, age 54 of Silver Creek, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 10, 2022.  He was born in Rome, GA, on August 12, 1968, to the late James and Judith Lloyd Gilbert. Brian worked for many years in tool and die manufacturing where he currently was  a quality control inspector.  Two of his favorite pastimes were fishing and watching football.  Michael's passion was his family; he loved spending time with his children.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Felch Gilbert; his children, Maylee Gilbert and Leland Gilbert; and a brother, James (Connie) Gilbert.  Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Jennifer Felch; a sister-in-law, Tawnia (Tommy) Bates; and four nieces.

In accordance with Brian's wishes, he will be cremated.  The family plans on hosting a memorial service at a later date..
