Mr. Bobby Lee Garner, age 75, of Bremen passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013. Mr. Garner was born in Haralson County on September 11, 1937. He was the son of the late Toy Garner and the late Josephine Bishop Garner. Mr. Garner was a veteran of the United Navy and was retired from Ford Motor Company. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Thomasson Garner; one sister, Mary Eaves; and one brother, Clyde Garner.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jay Smith of Bremen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Mark Garner of Bremen and John and Vicki Garner of Bremen; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Ed and Marlene Garner of Bremen, Johnny and Barbara Garner of Dalton and Billy and Winnie Garner of Marquette, Michigan; four grandchildren, Cassy Smith, Ryan Smith, Sarah Garner and Ashlynn Garner; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ricky Eaves and Rev. Gerald Eaves officiating. Music will be rendered by Linda Carter. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Military honors will be provided by the Haralson County Veterans Association.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
