Mr. Bobby George Brooks, age 49, of 172 Carrollton St., Buchanan passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Mr. Brooks was born in Fulton County on December 16, 1959. He was the son of the late Robert Houston Brooks and the late Myrtle Joyce Ward. Survivors include his wife, Martha Lucille Wise Brooks of Buchanan; two step-sons and one step daughter-in-law, James Clevenger of Smyrna and Jacob and Amanda Clevenger of Dallas; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Scott Brooks of Cedartown, Danny Waters of Opp, AL and Chuck and Davita Waters of Opp, AL; five step-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Private services will be conducted at the family residence at a later date. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
