Billy Wayne Turner, age 77 of Carrollton, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020. He was born on May 21, 1943 to the late James P. Turner and the late Elsie M. Wilder Turner. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a son, Terry Turner; siblings, James F. Turner, Jeanette Allen, Louise Youngblood and Jerry Turner.

Survivors include two children, Susan Turner and Kerry Turner; one sister, Betty Salamon of Carrollton and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Billy's wishes he was cremated.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
