Mr. Billy Ray Boyd, of Buchanan, GA. passed away November 25, 2013. He was born to the late William and Madie Boyd on November 3, 1950. Mr. Boyd was a Haralson County High School graduate, and was retired from The American Thread Company. Mr. Boyd was a member of the Jackson Chapel Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosie Mae and Eunis Boyd and one brother, Curtis Boyd.

Survivors include sisters, Jimmy Poole of Rockmart, GA., Frankie Styles of Yorkville, GA., Cleaster Boyd of Macon, GA., and Willie Mae White of NY. One brother, Danny Boyd of Buchanan and a number of other relatives.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, November 30, at 2:00 PM at Jackson Chapel Baptist Church in Buchanan, GA. Rev. Tony Calhoun will be officiating.
