Beverly Jean Morris Huggins, age 63 of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, in a local hospital.  Born in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 2, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Wallace Morris and the late Sara Jo Holcomb Remmick.  In addition to her parents, Beverly is preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Morris.

Beverly loved life and her family.  She enjoyed spending time at the beach and drinking coffee.  Playing Yahtzee for hours with her family was one of her favorite pastimes.  Always up for a fun time, Beverly enjoyed dancing and sharing dance videos through Tik-Tok.  Her family was her pride and joy.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Lisa Dutton of Carrollton, Sam (Tammy) Dutton of Bremen, Kenny Dutton, and Bobby Dutton both of Georgia; her precious grandchildren: Kierra Dutton, Jimmy Robertson, Bobby Dutton, Cameron Dutton, Jada Dutton, Samuel Dutton, Jr, Austin Dutton, Preston Dutton, Gavin Dutton, Alyssa Dutton, Bentley Dutton, Abbi Dutton, Kaidence Elder, Brady Dutton, Justen Mullins, Brianna Fortner, Kaitlyn Lancaster, and Nate Lancaster; and her great-grandchildren: Kayden Mullins, Ryder Robertson, and Paisley Mullins.  Also surviving are her sisters, Sara Hutchens of Forest Park, Patsy Gray of Graham, AL, and Sandy Black of Oxford, AL; her brother Robert Morris of Jasper; nieces and nephews, Sylvia Dennis, Linda Bozeman, Freedom Dennis, Misty Black, Lena Spoon, Stacy Cervantes, Kimberly Wyatt, Joseph Bozeman, Tommy Black, Kenneth Black, Michael Lancaster and other extended family members.

Funeral services for Beverly Huggins will be conducted at 5:00 PM on Thursday May 30, 2024, from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour.
