Ms. Betty Jean Peavy, age 75, of Felton passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011. Ms. Peavy was born in Atlanta on August 1, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Peavy and the late Mozelle Roberts Peavy. Ms. Peavy was a retired insurance underwriter.

Survivors include her partner, Sue Massey of Felton; pets, Patti, Ruby and Booboo; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
