Mrs. Betty Sue Goldin Madden, age 61, of 5047 Hwy. 78 West, Bremen passed away Thursday, December 20, 2007. Mrs. Madden was born in Haralson County on August 8, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Guy Goldin and the late Viola Cash Goldin. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Madden of Bremen; two daughters and one son-in-law, Donna and Benny Waldrop of Bremen and Charlotte Barkley of Bremen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Gene Madden of Buchanan and Dwayne and Linda Madden of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Patsy Ploof of Temple and Darlene and Gene Tallent of Tallapoosa; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Otis Goldin of Tallapoosa, Bobby Goldin of Atlanta and Charles and Linda Goldin of Atlanta; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Benny Waldrop and Rev. Randy Rooks officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Bremen with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jason Mabry, Richard Vines, Ray Madden, Matthew Waldrop, Donald Ploof and Ronald Pierce. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
