Mrs. Betty Jane Woodruff Felter, age 82, of Carrollton passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018.  Mrs. Felter was born in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, on June 30, 1935.  She was a homemaker.  Mrs. Felter was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick C. Felter.

Survivors include one daughter, Kathryn Felter of Middleton, NY; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Clyde and Lisa Felter of Carrollton, and George Felter of Nevada; one brother, Bob Woodruff; one half-brother, Allen Smith; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
