Betty Jane Brown Weaver of Bremen passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, in a local hospital.  Born in Fulton County on June 24, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Jerry Brown and the late Elizabeth Green Brown.  In addition to her parents, BJ was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Brown.

For more than 20 years, BJ was a paralegal working along side her husband, Robert, at his law firm. However, her passion was taking care of her family.  Her favorite role as a mother was taking her boys to football, baseball, track and wrestling practice.  Another one of their favorite places to go together was the library  For years, BJ enjoyed exercising with her friends as they walked around Bremen. In her leisure time, she enjoyed cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, watching movies, and she was always ready to sing along when the music came on.  BJ's caring nature and fun-loving spirit will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Robert T. Weaver of Bremen; her sons and daughters-in-law, William and Jill Weaver of San Diego, CA, and Bobby and Ruth Weaver of Atlanta; and her precious grandchildren: Liam Weaver, Brock Weaver, Camden Weaver and Juliette Weaver.

A memorial service for BJ Weaver will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 3:00 PM from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.
