Barbara Sue Bailey Woods, age 79 of Woodland, AL, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, in a local hospital. Born in Steele, Alabama, on December 5, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy  & Opal Robinson Bailey.

Sue was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had a big heart and became a "Mama" to all around her.  Spending time with her family was her passion.  She enjoyed taking care of them and cooking for them. Sue could also be found working on her word-search puzzles for hours.  Her loving personality will be missed by all who knew her.

Her survivors include her husband of 56 years, Carlton Woods; her children, Scotty Woods, Brian Woods, Angela Woods, and Matthew (Kathleen) Woods; and her precious grandchildren: Christopher Woods, Andrew Woods, Hailey Woods, John Van Camp, Byron Van Camp, Michael Gene Van Camp, Darrien Van Camp, Michael Woods, Alexis Woods, Joseph Woods, and Payton Woods.  Also surviving are her great-grandchildren: E`owyn Woods, Braiden Van Camp, Stetson Woods, Hunter Woods, Konnor White and Carly White; and other extended family members.

A memorial service for Barbara Sue Bailey Woods will be announced at a later date.
