Ms. Barbara Jean Ware Potts, age 52 of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019. She was born on December 3, 1966 to the late Willie Ware and Litdene Shooks Ware. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by four sisters, Rosemary Ware, Hazel Ware, Maxine Ware, Diane Ware and two brothers, Willie Ware, Jr. and Earnest Roberts.

Survivors include two daughters, Lashun Ware of Rockmart and Lasasha Ware of Carrollton; two sons, Willie Dontae Ware of Cedartown and Ladon Ware of Rockmart; two sisters, Mainer Ware Foster of Buchanan and Lottie Mae Ware of Cedartown; one brother, Clifford James Ware of Cedartown and ten grandchildren, Ashanti Colvin, Shyrenity Colvin, Shermari Colvin, Elijah Cox, Eleyah Cox, Tabvia Potts, Jayceon Ware, Terrianna Thurman, Janiyah Ware, Dashawn Ware and Shadasia Ware.

In keeping with Ms. Potts wishes she will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
