Mr. Avery Hartley, age 43, of Jacksonville, Florida passed awayTuesday, March 15, 2016.

Survivors include his wife, Stacy Durham-Hartley; parents, Carl Hartley and Joy Bishop Scheivle; children, Crystal Savage, Ashell hartley, Joshua Hrtley, Sarah Hartley; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

The family will conduct a memorial service Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. from Moutain View Baptist Church, Buchanan, Georgia.
