IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Anthony Steven
Stoxstell
July 4, 1968 – May 24, 2011
Anthony Steven Stoxstell made his debut onto the world stage on July 4, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the second child born to Willie and Dorothy Stoxstell. Tony, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was a true character even as a child. Tony grew up rather quickly, helping his parents look after his two younger sisters. He attended St. Willobrord High School and Percy Julian High School. While at both schools, Tony quickly dove into several student organizations like the Gospel Choir and Fashion Club. Later, Tony''s love of helping people led him to the retail industry. His professional career took him across the country. He later used his experience and knowledge of management in his own business ventures. Tony recently made his home in Atlanta to be near his niece Luciana Jackson. His travels and bubbly spirit drew many people to him. Tony was quite the jokester who loved to laugh and make others do the same. He knew how to entertain a crowd and get attention. Tony poured his love of entertaining into his alter ego, Tracey Stephens, performing across the Southeast. Late last year, Tony found a church home at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church in Atlanta. He was in the process of completing his new members'' classes before his untimely death. On May 24, 2011, God called Tony home to rest. Preceding him in death is his beloved mother Dorothy Lee Stoxstell. He leaves to mourn his memory his father Willie Stoxstell; four sisters, Doris A. Hunter (Terrence), Cynthia Jackson-Hubbard (Albert), Ericka Stoxstell and Francesca Stoxstell; two brothers, Billy Stoxstell and Larry Stoxstell; 12 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Daybridge School, 20080 Governor''s Drive, Olympia Fields, Illinois.
