Mrs. Anna Marie Howard Kirkland, age 35, of Mount Zion passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014.  Mrs. Kirkland was born in Cartersville, Georgia on April 6, 1978.  She was the daughter of James Howard and the late Mary Sue Hatch Howard.  Mrs. Kirkland was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, James Eric Kirkland of Mount Zion; one daughter, Brianna Nicole Kirkland of Mount Zion; three sons, Matthew Eric Kirkland, William Andrew Kirkland and Christopher Lucas Kirkland all of Mount Zion; three brothers, William Bradley Howard, Hershel Daniel Howard and James Lareed Howard all of Muscadine, AL; father, James Howard of Muscadine, AL; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
