Mrs. Agnes D. McClure, age 76, of 111 Tallapoosa St., Buchanan passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007. Mrs. McClure was born in Haralson County on October 19, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Harvey Mack Bennett, Sr. and the late Eula Mae Harper Bennett. Mrs. McClure was retired from the Arrow Shirt Company in Buchanan. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert McClure; a daughter, Starla McClure; a son, Jim McClure; four brothers, Charles Luther Bennett, Harvey Mack Bennett, Jr., Edgar Reid Bennett and Charles Peal Bennett. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Gail McClure of Cedartown and Denise and Robert Worthy of Bremen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Brett McClure of Buchanan and Bart and Jeannie McClure of Temple; two sisters, Julia Mae Dobbs of Buchanan and Shirley Pope of Buchanan; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 22, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Elder Max Kimball officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Brannon-Perryman Cemetery. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
