Aerial Sue Collins Goolsby, age 26 of Carrollton, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2026. In her 26 years, Aerial filled the lives of those around her with love, kindness, and an unwavering devotion to her family.
A proud graduate of Mt. Zion High School, Aerial was a member of the Marching Eagles Band and a bright spirit that shone most clearly in her selfless service to others. She was a cherished Sunday School and Children’s Church teacher at The Church at Piney Woods. She also had a passion for reading, painting, and drawing—her creativity reflecting the beauty and depth of her soul. Aerial was celebrated best as a great mom and a perfect wife. She joyfully embraced motherhood, nurturing her children, and was the heart and soul of her husband, Jeremy. Her life, though brief, was rich with meaning and purpose. She leaves behind a family who adored her and a community that will forever remember her gentle spirit.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Jeremy Goolsby and her precious children: Parker, Jaspen, Caspain, Bellamy, and Lakelyn, whom she loved beyond measure. She was a beloved daughter to Peggy Sue Hammond and held a special place in the hearts of her parents-in-law, Gina and Jeff Burrand, and her father-in-law, Lance Goolsby. Also surviving are her sisters Ashley Hammond, Alanie Swanger, and Christina Berry, and her brothers Chad Roberts and Avery Brown, as well as other extended family and friends.
Funeral services for Aerial Goolsby will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 22nd from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
Rest in peace, dear Aerial. Your life was a beautiful story, and your love will echo forever in the hearts you so tenderly touched.
