Ms. Linnie Ruth Hicks Buchanan, age 76, of Ranburne, Alabama passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011. Ms. Buchanan was born July 7, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Leonard Jeff Hicks and the late Odessa Mae Beauchamp Hicks.
Survivors include three daughters, Elaine Cheatwood of Oxford, AL, Kathy Kingsmill of Roopville and Linda Williams of Douglasville; and a number of other relatives.
Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date. The body was cremated.
