Sara Lue (Harrell) Wade

Mrs. Sara Lue Harrell Wade, age 77, of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019. She was born on September 24, 1942 in Rockmart to the late Fred Nathaniel Harrell and the late Sara Myrtle Gentry Lewis. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Annette Wade; three grandchildren, Mitchell Wade, Joshua Wade and Christopher Wade; two sisters, Mary Jones and Wanda Sue Harper; two brothers, William Bobby Harrell and James Nathaniel Harrell.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Gerald Wade of Buchanan; one daughter, Helen Wade and Ed Williams of Tallapoosa; one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Michelle Wade of Tallapoosa; eight grandchildren, Mandy Baggett, Patrick Daniel, Anna Wade, Tara Patterson, Brittney Hembree, Justin Puckett, Jay Lowery and CJ Lowery; several great and great great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Larry Cash of Tallapoosa, along with several other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.

In keeping with Mrs. Wade’s wishes she will be cremated after the service.
